GEORGIA STATE BOARD OF WORKERS’ COMPENSATION UPDATE

Delece A. Brooks, Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation

The Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer's Office is responsible for the administration of policy and procedure and the overall efficiency of the State Board of Workers' Compensation.  During this conference call, Delece A. Brooks led us in informative deliberations about all things regarding Georgia's State Board of Workers' Compensation.  In this session, Delece specifically addressed:

1. Updated 2025 status reports
2. Most recent developments & news involving workers' compensation
3. National workers' compensation matters
4. All the latest workers' compensation trends

For those of you who were unable to participate live in the February 20, 2025 Quarterly Conference Call, we would like to offer you a second opportunity to participate by listening to the recording. The recording will be available until end of business March 26, 2025.

In order to receive premium credit, participants must view the recording in its entirety, fill out the Affidavit found below and submit it to the AgriTrust office by end of business on Wednesday, March 26.

Note: Participation in a minimum of two calls (via attending the live call or listening to the recording) per year are required in order to receive premium credit.  Credits range from $25.00 to $125.00 per call based on audited premium size (see chart below).  Listening to this recording and submitting the completed affidavit prior to March 26, 2025 counts as one.
