AgriTrust of Georgia Trustees Declare 44th Dividend

The AgriTrust of Georgia Summer Trustees Meeting was held recently. AgriTrust recognizes the incredibly difficult and challenging times facing those involved in Georgia agriculture. Thanks to the continuing team effort of Fund members, our independent insurance agent friends, AgriTrust of Georgia Trustees and staff, Georgia Administrative Services staff, and our entire service team, AgriTrust continues to maintain a very strong surplus position. Because of this very strong surplus position, the Trustees have declared a special dividend of $1,500,000.00, which will be payable to eligible and qualified Fund members on August 21, 2026.

This marks the forty-fourth dividend paid by AgriTrust and brings total dividends paid by AgriTrust since inception to nearly $26,525,000.00. This latest dividend uses the same criteria as the March 13, 2026 dividend. This dividend will be paid to eligible and qualified Fund members who have maintained continuous and uninterrupted Fund membership through August 21, 2026.

These dividends continue to be possible because of the Fund members’ ongoing commitment to provide and maintain a safe workplace. AgriTrust recently partnered with experts in different areas of the agricultural industry to develop safety videos for Fund members. Video topics include: Peanut Buying Point Safety, Livestock Auction Barn Safety, Equine Safety, Cattle Handling Safety and Cotton Gin Safety. More safety videos may be available in the future. Many Fund members that receive dividend checks also participate in the Quarterly Conference Calls, Regional Seminars, Ginner’s Safety Roundtables, Quarterly Safety Initiatives and the Cotton Gin Safety Initiative. AgriTrust of Georgia is owned by you, the policyholder members, and these are your dollars being returned in the form of a dividend.
